CPC Multi-Specialty Group - Urgent Care

"“We usually will not take any new appointments after 4:30.” Is what front desk said. (They close at 7pm ) I called at 3:30pm and was told there is a 4 hour wait time that I would have to come in person to get in line (never mentioned I could do so online or NEVER MENTIONED WE WONT TAKE ANYONE AFTER 4:30) so I told her I would be on my way. I had my husband take me bc I am miserably sick with the flu, I’m so sick it’s hard enough getting out and about much less driving myself there. We get there at 4:37 and they won’t take me after 4:30 even after I begged (yes, I felt that bad to beg to see a doctor) I explained I had called and they didn’t care. They asked me who I spoke with I said I don’t know but I can show you on my phone I called and spoke to someone. I’m so disappointed and disgusted and still super sick miserable! Do better ladies! They close at 7pm but apparently the lady said they never take walk ins after 4:30. I’m curious if their Doctors know this is what they are telling the public. I’ve always appreciated the health care my family and I receive from here."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE. I went in for a staph infection (which I’ve had for over 20yrs off and on) to see if I could get a antibiotic until my dermatologist opened Monday morning. They refused to treat me, saying that I needed to have bloodwork, urine tests, lance cultures (you NEVER lance staph). Staff was too busy working a puzzle for “wall art”."

"I will say Dr. Blubaugh was great! This review is about the office. I have been 2-3 times to this urgent care and it is definitely not my favorite. The front desk never even greets you or says much to you at all for that matter. She also doesn’t let you know that they are sending a link to your phone to register and put you in line. I had to leave yesterday because the wait was so long and I was so sick I could not wait any longer. I understand you have to wait but one lady had been there 2 hours and I was about 4 people behind her. They were not moving people through very efficiently."

"What type of insurance you have is the order in which you’re called back. I heard a nurse tell a patient that it didn’t matter how many people was here the insurance they have they’ll go before everyone. That was the first time we came a couple weeks ago. Doesn’t make any sense. Now multiple people have checked in AFTER us they’ve already been called back. So it seems she was accurate in saying that. Goes to show they really “care” about their patients. As I type this a patient was told it was about a 2 hr wait. She says but I have blah blah insurance. The lady at the desk says ok. ETA: we were there a total of 4 1/2 hrs."

"Well the front people are so nice very helpful. The doctor was kind, sweet, to the point. He was so professional & cute as a new puppy. Yes I had to wait a little while but from the staff & doctor they were amazing. I will continue to use this facility for urgent care needs...❤"
