Dr. Cynthia B. Booker-Graddick

"I was looking for a new primary care physician and thought I had located her. My first visit I was checked in and triaged without as much as a greeting. Once in the office the same person came in and started my care assessment. I had to ask her if she was the doctor and she told me she was. I mentioned I didn't know as this was my first visit. She continued business as usual, still with no formal introduction. Awkward, but ok. My follow-up visit was more of the same. I was corrected by office staff when I called her Dr. Graddick that it's Booker. Still no greeting or informal conversation about how I've been or if I had any new issues. Straight to the business at hand - test results. I did have to call back to check the status of a referral as I was given no information and hadn't heard from anyone in a few days. It seemed as if I was inconveniencing the office. Instead of being provided with info I had to ask for it. Not the best experience. I cannot complain about the content of the visit. She seems to be very knowledgeable and I hope her recommendations are of benefit to me."

"I wish I could give her a negative 100 but since that’s not possible she gets a 1 star. She has an elderly patient that needs help. We called her three days in a row and told her it was an emergency and she still hasn’t called back. Now my uncle is in the hospital. For a doctor who took an oath to care for their patients, Dr Booker has no compassion. Please never never chose this so called doctor!!"

"The process of getting an appointment was very slow and frustrating. I had to call several times to get an answer. When I arrived, the waiting room was closed. My appointment was 20 minutes behind schedule. Just not a very friendly atmosphere overall when I did get the appointment. Could’ve been worse, but I’ll look elsewhere for a PC physician going forward."
