"I went online and filled out all of their paperwork. It took me about a half an hour or more. submitted it and it was submitted successfully as it showed at the bottom of my screen. I drove an hour to the office got there signed it on the kiosk and then filled out almost half as much as I did on the first go around but did it quietly. Sat down and was called up to the front desk and handed a pile of paperwork and she said you have to fill out all this paperwork. I told her I already did and it was excepted. She firmly said well it didn’t go through and you gotta do it again. That point I was done. they don’t have their act together. If you don’t have anything else in your life to do then deal with these people otherwise it was a huge waste of time. Extremely frustrating and I really just don’t care."
