"Karen is incredibly rude to the volunteers that come to help here. Seeing that this place is almost entirely ran by volunteers, excluding her and three other people, you would think she would be a bit nicer. She appears to lack basic social skills that even an elementary school kid would know, like speaking kindly to people. She talks down to the volunteers as if she thinks we're stupid and is dismissive of any concerns we may have. Perhaps her age is why she's so snappy, who knows. If you need volunteer hours, I would advise avoiding this place unless you want to be spoken to like you're four."

"Do not put your Healthcare in these peoples hands! I have been a patient there for 3 years and have always had a problem getting my prescriptions filled, medicine I have been taking for 20 years! I am currently experiencing some horrible withdrawal symptoms from not getting a prescription filled that I have been on for 20 years. I have called several times and left several messages, my pharmacy has sent in the request several times and no one will respond!! I will be seeking medical care elsewhere and will be filing a formal complaint."
