"The veterinarian is really nice, but the receptionist that I got that day was really rude towards me. My dog was sick throwing up and stuff. I couldn’t take her in earlier that day because I had work so I took her right after I got off. I called and ask if they could still take her in before they closed and the receptionist was even rude on the phone! I walked in and I went straight up to her and asked if I could get my dog checked out, she asked me what was wrong and I tried to explain to her. She interrupts me asking my name and even gave me attitude over it. She finds my dog’s folder and as soon as she looks at it she tells me with even a worse attitude that I needed to get her second round of shots. I told her I haven’t had money to be able to and on top of even bringing her that day as well. After they checked her and gave her medicine I came back out to pay for it and I didn’t have my card with me so I asked if she could take the card number. She was being impatient while I was trying to receive a picture so I could give it to her. I noticed she was getting impatient with the fact that I couldn’t give her the right numbers. I know she wanted to leave and she didn’t want to be at work because it was time for her to go home, but I didn’t want to be there either. If you are going to be a receptionist and especially somewhere like a vets office then you need to learn something called patients. As for a 19 year old that is pointing out a 40-50 year olds attitude is just sad and over how to have good customer service too. I would not recommend going here if you are having a bad day and don’t want to deal with people with attitudes. I will only recommend it since it is a lot cheaper and they took care of my dog."

"Catoma Animal Clinic is now Red Oak Veterinary. Dr Denny is the veterinarian at Red Oak, and he and his staff are amazing! There is another vet's office within 5 miles of our home, but we gladly drive 20 miles for the outstanding care they provide to our pets. I will not take my pets anywhere else."
