"Completely incompetent office staff. I have been trying to get a referral sent over to a specialist for MONTHS now and every time they tell me it’s faxed over the form is NEVER filled out correctly! I have tried contacting nursing and office manager and no one seems to know how to fill out a referral form!! Not to mention one referral to a CARDIOLOGIST was never placed until I called two months later asking when we should be contacted only to be told it was never sent over! I would seriously consider seeking care elsewhere. I know I am!"

Thanks to the quick response by the ambulance that brought me in to the Emergency room, and the fact that I hardly waited before they transferred me to a room for evaluation before I was admitted (even though it was a busy Monday for the employees) I was able to recuperate in just in 2 days.
