They got me in the door very quickly when other places were estimating 7 months out just for an exam. Dr. Franklin is such a delight to be around, she always makes you smile. And she did amazing on my surgery. The surgery scheduling ladies went out of their way to call and solve the insurance issues I was having. Everything was very timely and such great communication, I couldn’t ask for a better experience."

"The nurses could use a class in how to treat patients. Some of the doctors are so miserable they treat you awful. The only person in this building I trusted was dr.short. But even then when it came time to my second. I went to another doctor’s office. This one is very unorganized and very rude. Better off going to Taylor at cullman."
