"Let me just say that I have never been to a more loving and understanding doctor in my life! Lori Henry, the other nurse practitioners, and all the staff are so super friendly and so sweet! Lori really wants to get to the root cause of a problem and not just give you a bandaid or just treat the symptoms. I haven’t seen her in over a year and today I saw her and it felt like I was talking to a friend. She’s wonderful! And Kaci, her phlebotomist and who does the IV hydration….she’s phenomenal! I had to get some bloodwork done and a shot, and she did so good that I didn’t even feel it….and I’m usually a little nervous about needles. She made me feel very comfortable and again talked to me like we were friends and not like I was just another patient. Oh and the new office decor is stunning. It’s so soothing. I told Kaci I had never been in a more beautiful room to take my blood lol It was beautiful tho, and that matters to me. A little warmth and love in a normally cold and dry setting really does go a long way. I absolutely love coming here! I highly recommend this office! They are more than just great healthcare; they make you feel like family even if you only see them once a year♥️"

"Tried ALL day to get a response from them for an elderly family member. The pharmacy called, faxed them..no response. After hours call service should be fired. CVS has no medication for him and tried to get them to send the prescription to another pharmacy. DIGITAL! They will not answer/ call back anyone. It is that Dr/ clinics responsibility for care and ON TIME MEDICATION for patients under their care! Completely irresponsible."

"This review is not because of Lori Henry. She is wonderful ! Unfortunately the staff that calls you or does not call you to schedule appointments when its time to do so and instead waits for Kroger to say we need refills. Then calls me to say we are not sure your still a patient? I have been a patient with Lori since 2015. Then tells me Lori is a month out and I have to see another doctor. I tell her no Lori is my doctor so you can refill my medicine (diabetic and blood pressure meds) and schedule a appointment with Lori in a month. She refused to do so, So I have what I have left of my medicine until Lori calls me back. They grew so fast when they moved to new location. I loved it so much more when it was smaller and they did not have to hire all these rude people to help them run it."
