"How is it possible that I’m sick and I have to wait in my car I understand we are in COVID time but , Im not feeling good I’m coming to the doctor I don’t want to wait in car, that should come with the Service Must of people were waiting outside to be attended that is not right for what I saw it was a very small Clinc I will say I have no idea how many doctors the have I bet just one, I waited one hour and thirty minutes and they never called me back, AFTER 3 hours they called me If I’m sick I won’t ever come here."
"The worst service I have ever had in my life! I hope it never happens to anyone. I went to a medical check-up in October 2019 and the slim “doctor” who was supposed to be an endocrinologist treated me and with a glucometer and blood extraction (a drop) from my little finger, he told me that I had type diabetes. 2 he prescribed me 1000 mg metformin, a very strong dose! He told me that with the glucometer he detected diabetes (which should not be the case) he also told me that he did not want to do the A1C glycosylated hemoglobin test because he was very accurate in his diagnoses and that the A1C was already obsolete and very expensive for my ! After diagnosing me, he told me not to go anywhere else, he persuaded me to go to a white doctor because they didn't know about diabetes in Latinos and an A1C or sugar check at some white clinic would go wrong because the laboratories there didn't know. about diseases in Latinos! 2 weeks later I went to another hospital. Weeks later, very worried, I did the A1C, they told me it was okay to stop taking metformin! That the doctor who had prescribed that to me was crazy!! I went back to Cazares to complain, I only spoke to another doctor and he told me to excuse them because he didn't understand what had happened in January. I had the A1C done again and it came out fine! I recommend people get diagnosed at this clinic, especially diabetes diagnosis! Let them get a second opinion! Well, they can do this to anyone, as they do the A1C, but I don't think so, because some time later they told me that they had done it and it came out 5.3 (at the hospital where I went! San Vicente! It came out 5.3) well, there are 2 points, one that Even if they do it for you and you turn out well, they don't know how to interpret the Values and diagnose or 2 simply diagnose what they want! Be very careful Careful"
