"They are extremely slow. I was the first one to get in and I waited 48 minutes before I could see the nurse practitioner. Apparently she was late to work. That's my second time here and I will not come back. First time I had to wait for one and a half hours before they even got me to the room , and that is with no line in a waiting room!!!!"

"I started using this clinic because it’s close to home. I love that I am seen by a nurse practitioner and that the nurses and staff are not just friendly but very knowledgeable. I had several tests ran and I got a call on the weekend even though the practice is closed concerning my test result. A bonus is that they also give IV fluids for dehydration! I didn’t t have to go to the hospital to get them. I highly recommend this practice. Their hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00. They break for lunch from 11:00 - 1:30."

"I went to the West Point Clinic on 5/12/2020 due to a extremely painful & swollen knee. After a thorough examination I was informed I had arthritis in my knees and this attributed to the issue I was experiencing. I was asked if I preferred to see a specialist, which I did. She made all the arrangements. I received a call from the doctors office scheduler for a appointment date. She continued to keep in contact with me until it was actually setup. After seeing the doctor I received a message asking me how I was doing & what the treatment plans were if any. Thank you very much West Point Family Medical! Jerry Campbell Unless a life or death situation exists, I personally believe more should consider this option made available to local residents by The West Point Family Medical vers' the Cullman Emergency Clinic or Hospital Emergency Room . I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Their employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional with hardly any wait time. "This place is awesome ! Just went here to renew my Dot card. By far the best experience I have ever had at one of these. The staff is awesome and really helpful. I highly recommend this place and will be going there from now on ! They are very knowledgeable, professional and have a great people skills."
