"I'd postponed having scans; they are just not very pleasant. However, kind Guida performed the Mammogram with expert efficiency. Same for Charles with my Bone Density test. We are blessed to have such professional facilities right here close to home. I'll be back!"
"Dr. Purner has got to be the rudest Dr. I ever met in my life, and mind you Im from north Jersey he should retire if he is that miserable at this job . Unfortunately my injury was work related otherwise I will never go back"
"Terrible visit on Monday. The nurse was condescending and she swabbed my throat for strep with was negative. and then the doctor saw me and told me he wants to test me for covid and flu and he said that the nurse will be back to test me again, I waited 30 min and I had to go out in the hallway and ask for help. Then she tested me for covid and told me to go home and quarantine until the test results come back. I was driving home and the nurse called me back saying they didn't know I didn't have insurance and they cannot send the test unless I pay $100. I was upset and they said I can come back in and take a rapid covid test that will be for free and I said ok. Well when I came back the nurse said she didn't know I needed to take a flu test as well which will be $30. I said ok and they sent me back and those test were negative and the sent me home with a prescribed cough syrup for $20. I have payed in total $120 and I am broke until my paycheck comes in and the cough syrup only makes me go to sleep. I called again today Thursday letting them know my health has changed with a raspy voice, eyes are red, mucus comes up when I cough and hard to breathe. I told them I need antibiotics. and they proceeded to say I will have to pay another $70 to see the doctor."
"We were greeted in a friendly manner and processed quickly. The triage nurse was pleasant. She saw that my husband & I were seen together. The CRNP was thorough & explained the wait for x-ray readings. The gentleman performing the x-rays was patient and nice. Even though we were sick, our visit was a positive experience."
"If you have questions or problems with your bill, don't expect any results or communication from this facility. I have tried to contact billing over 3 times for more than 2 months. They will not answer the phone so you have to leave a message. I have yet to receive a call back. My next step is to call Athens Hospital Main and Huntsville Hospital Main since all of them are affiliated. The bill is for a visit that they were suppose to get a referral from the insurance. Evidently they did not since the bill for the entire amount. This can only be called incompetent."
