"Kenna Doaty needs to be fired immediately. She is a 'Member Support Specialist' that is the first person you see when you enter the building. She was exceptionally rude to me, she literally snapped at me for asking a question, she rolled her eyes at me. This is not someone you want representing your company and this behavior should not be acceptable to anyone in the customer care/service industry. I was there asking about setting up an appointment. She treated me like I was subhuman. My spouse, who was there for the entire ordeal, was absolutely horrified by her behavior. I've never been treated so poorly at a doctor's office and I will never, ever go back there and I will make sure that no one I know will be subjected to that deplorable behavior. No client deserves to be treated like that, especially when they're seeking important help for themselves."
