"The nursing staff was cordial, and accommodating. My experience with them was awesome; However the receptionist, the first point of contact for every patient that enters, was rude and condescending. Although she had a small reminder taped to her computer that said, “Use Kind Words”, she opted not to. As a rule of thumb, I would suggest that in the future you hire those individuals that are capable of being kind to those that enter your establishment."

"Upon arrival the check in process was expedited and in going to the area to be seen I was greeted and treated respectfully by Alana. The entire staff made my experience at AFC enjoyable."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff 2 women at the receptionist desk nasty attitudes didn’t even greet us or ask us how can they help us. Stated doctor stopped seeing patients at 5:30 and that the doctor just told them. I just had stomach issues and really needed some advice. FYI they close at 6pm. Even there outside sign states walk ins welcome through 6pm. Somebody needs to call corporate. I’m disgusted!"

"I came in to pay my daughter’s balance. I decided to leave this review as I am sitting in the waiting area well over 20 minutes. I only need to make a payment and there are no individuals in line. I found the ladies at the desk to be unprofessional. I was never greeted nor told to hold on as I waited at the front desk for what felt like 3 minutes or more before anyone bothered to look up to address me. Again, no one was in line. The worst customer service ever and their mission boldly painted on the wall says, “ to provide the best healthcare possible, in a kind and caring environment.” There was no kindness or caring in this environment today ( and I still have not been waited on at the time of this post). I would leave no stars if possible."

"I always have the most wonderful experience when attending this facility. The hospitality, compassion & expeditiously accurate service is top notch. Dr. Bonuel truly has a passion for assisting people in becoming healthy & feeling their best. He is also very attentive & respectful which means a great deal. Ms. Jackie has authentic customer service in the healthcare field by always making sure that we’re healthy body wise but also mentally.. I don’t just consider them as Doctors & staff at this location but unequivocally family from the people at the front desk all the way to being ushered to our room to be cared for. I highly recommend this location."
