"My shoulder surgery was March 13th, by Dr. Greco. I have no issue with him and I feel he did his job. My issue is, with their billing office. A week ago I received a final notice for $175 for a supposed bill I never received in the first place. I've tired calling (they put you on a long hold because "call volume is so high). I've left messages. They don't call back. I tried to access my "patient portal ", which is inactivated and it said it is not the same as the one I first set up. I do not recommend this place and I will never use them again."
