"My doctor scheduled me with Dr Wilkes. I ended up with the nurse practitioner and a colonoscopy done by Haggstrom. (Nice people just not who I was told I would be dealing with). After the colonoscopy no call back and I called for a over a week and not a single phone call got returned. I had to make an appointment with my doctor who had to call and schedule me a follow up while I was sitting in his office still dealing with issues. Go to the second appointment, trying to get another procedure done and they ran into an insurance issue. Said they would call back within a day or two, it's been almost 2 weeks and yet again, no one has called or returned a single call. This office is a complete joke."
