He is very thorough with the charts and has always been spot on with my lens.The lady that helps with frames, fitting and insurance was very knowledgeable and helpful. "Had a 9:30 apointment. Got into room 10:45.so don't make other appointments think8ng you will make it. Front office personnel were extremely ignorant. Couldn't even give me an approximate time when I could be seen.or know much about Medicare."
