"I bought and Xbox one from these guys with a warranty. Get it home and it starts acting funny. Few days ago it starts coming on then turning back off. It takes about 19 minutes before it will load a game. Called them this morning and was told they will exchange it. Get there and they refuse to exchange it. Then tried to tell me it wasn’t the one I bought from them only for them to check the serial number and confirm it was in fact the one I bought. Now my son has lost his Xbox he was so happy to have and I’m out 230$. Now I have the fun of getting to go to small claims court. Way to go"
