The team has been amazing and very patient and understanding with me. I also have PTSD when it comes to getting blood work drawn. The Phlebotomist is absolutely awesome! I am so glad I found Dr. Grelle and her team!"
"Not the worst office I've ever been to, but I noticed the quality of care has been declining over the last few years. I suspect they have more patients than they can reasonably accommodate. Appointments usually take hours with about 10-15% of that actually being face-to-face with a practitioner. Be prepared to advocate for yourself or take an advocate with you to your visit. Despite the "integrative" moniker, the practitioners here push drug therapies as the single and only solution to your problems. Take any nutrition advice with a grain of salt. I had a practitioner here recommend I address my high BP by reducing carbs, if I didn't want to try drugs first. That's it. No mention of fiber, saturated fat, sodium, or exercise. Lastly, compared to other offices, this one likes to severely limit prescription refills. Be prepared to use up multiple office visits per year having someone barely look at you every time you need to refill your medications."
