"Called to speak to someone about a medical issue after hours and they were very (Rude)... She asked me what Doctor I seen last time I was there which was 2 months ago and I told her I was seen by the nurse practitioner and she told me I had to give her a Doctor's name before she could contact the doctor on call and but then told me she wasn't arguing with me because I couldn't give her a Doctor's name before. I didn't see an actual Doctor so I want be going back.. I don't recommend this place to anyone, l could see if I was trying to get a Narcotic or something but this answering service lady needs to be fired...."

"Very unprofessional! Horrible service. If I could rate 0 stars I would, but to post you have to click one. Clerk at front desk is rude as can be! Went there for a physical and received it, but the physician was not there to sign it, so had to come back two days later to get it signed. Got there around 12:30, and they had a note on the door that said went to lunch , be back at 1:00. A lady who worked there was eating in her car, but decided to pull off as soon as we pulled in, another worker pulled in, about to go in with her food, and we asked could just pick up the papers, she proceeded to say that she is not opening the door till 1:00, even though she was walking in. I said but the other day you told me to come back and just pick up my papers, and she said again she’s not opening the door till 1:00. The times on the website are very misleading, and also the ones printed on the door. Never again will I come back to this black owned business."

"I took my 19yod who didn't have insurance at the time and they made her an appointment for a week later. The payment to be seen was great. I think the front office ladies can be taught better customer service being that they're already dealing with patients who don't have the income to get private care. The wait time was not long being that we had an appointment. The nurse practitioner was awesome and so was the ladies who collected my daughter's lab work."

"Mr. Turner there is no way I can believe your review, i was there a few years ago and and it was the most awesome-est dental experience I'd ever encountered. The Staff were almost angelic with kindness The Dentist was as gentle as if he was working on a new born baby. I never even felt a needle at stick. I was blown away with the full 9 yards of my experience there and will never use any other Dental Facility"
