"Callie the lady over billing is about as RUDE and HATEFUL as they come. When you’ve spent half of your day trying figure out why you went from a balance of 50 dollars to 540 in less than 2 months is beyond frustrating. And refusing to see a patient because of this balance when they are on a certain drug is beyond ridiculous. I called the office manager to report her but have not received a call back yet. Will never recommend any of the medical associates office ever again!!"

"I love this place. Their staff is super nice and helpful. I have never had what I feel like to be a long wait time. I've never had the lab people have any issues or dig for a vein. Dr. Richards, Dr. Dickson, and Dr. King I have personally seen since being there. All 3 of them have been top notch. Great personalities, upbeat, genuinely caring, took their time with me and never ever made me feel rushed. I truly felt like I could communicate with these doctors about anything no matter how small. They found issues I had underlying that had previously gone completely unnoticed before and I can say they have changed my life as well as my health for the better. Took me a long time to find doctors this good and I will not be leaving this practice."
