"My son had an appointment today June 27 to get his hair trimmed for his high school graduation that’s on Thursday. He showed up today to be told that the guy that was cutting his hair didn’t roll over his appointment and can’t be seen till July 5th. He just had a hair done June 2 and was told everything was good for June 27th. It’s really hard to believe that nobody could work him in for a 15-20 minute trim. This is unacceptable customer service."
