"The purchase process was pretty smooth when we bought our new VW. However, we noted a quality issue with the car that Taddley Greene promised verbally and in writing that their dealership would solve for us. Fast forward a few months and there was zero communication unless we reached out and we received excuses that VW was not going to cover it under warranty. "I purchased a vehicle here 2 days ago. I paid 23,000. I saw the car in the evening and purchased it based on the sales person that assured me that he had found me a car that I would like. He focused on the specs that I asked for. The next day I realize there are burns in the seat of the car. The lane assist only works while cruise control is on. The heat goes in and out on the passenger side. My heated seats don’t actually stay heated. They come on and turn off. The steering column is making a noise that is didn’t make when I test drove it. My sales person simply advised me to take the car in to get looked at since I purchased the warranty. Oh yes I was encouraged to buy a warranty even though the CarFax report said Certified Preowned Vehicle. It wasn’t certified preowned. I wasn’t going to purchase a car here but felt some pressure. The sales person said Gurley Leep donates so much money to the community and how important buying within the community is. I really do feel like all they care about is getting a car sold! Now I’m sitting here with car that needs work after one full day of driving it. Purchasing this car was a headache because there was pressure and now owing it is looking like a headache as well."
