"We had a great event here today! Everyone was so nice and helpful and courteous at the Moody Chamber of Commerce Christmas program. I look forward to coming back here for future events in the near future. We only saw a small part of the facility here today, but it serves a lot of purposes for the city and surrounding area. Awesome job, everyone!"

"Facility itself is nice but the staff is extremely rude. They always have been whether you are there for youth basketball, renting a room, or attending an event. I would never be a member because of this and will never rent there again for anything."

"Had a gender reveal party here and the lady in the office was extremely rude not inviting at all, upset my daughter, she made a very exciting event stressful and miserable, I won’t be back and I drove 2 hours to have this done and she ruined the evening, the ladies at the desk were nice but you really need to do something about the rudeness of your help in that office she had a complaint about everything we tried to do, we are not people who set out to destroy property we are tax paying citizens who just wanted to enjoy our kids gender reveal, so upsetting. And please explain why you have plug outlets and no one is allowed to use them, this makes no sense, they allowed us to plug in a cotton candy machine but not a crockpot, why?????? And if I heard “it’s in the contract” once I heard it 20 times, I did not sign a contract therefore I did not know what was in the contract, just know I won’t ever recommend your facility for an event."

"Fifty dollars for a 9 year old is not right and they can't do anything at the gym. It's not about a dollar. I paid 100 for me and 50 for my son. It would have been understood if it was a 150 for Adult. But super clean!!"
