"Last time I went there it wasn't that busy as far as walk-in customers go but I always sense that they prioritize call ins or internet orders. Managers are sometimes nowhere to be found and it seems that food quality is not exactly at the top of their list. But it is a corporate restaurant and it is what it is. Some dishes are good and the location is convenient to grab something quick to eat before heading home after a long walk through spending money at the strip mall. The steak dishes are horrible (no seasoning whatsoever), and it seems that the meat go straight from frozen to cooking without some proper thawing. That's where a manager should be at: checking the food that comes out!"

"a plate is $9.50, one medium entree side is $8.20. you'd expect a decent size portion for $8, but it is the size of one entree on a plate. the proportions are nonexistent..."

"I went into this restaurant because the drive-thru line was long. As I waited in line I watched the employee pile food into people's plates, containers and even a kids meal... I asked for honey walnut shrimp and was told there would be a wait of 7-8 minutes. I said that would be fine so they took my name and I sat to wait for my food. After more than ten minutes I was called up to the counter to pay for my food. When she gave me my total it seemed much too high so I asked about it. The girl acted annoyed and said I had a plate and a bowl. When I told her I only ordered a bowl, she acted confused and asked the other employee what I ordered. When she realized she was the one who made the mistake, she didn't know how to reverse it and had to go get another person to remove it. When everything was finally squared away and I was thankful to have my food, I went to my car and noticed how little food, comparatively, was in my container... I was very disappointed over all and will not be going back to this Panda Express."
