"5 stars all around, Lori is fantastic. I work with my hands and unfortunately chipped one of my nails while working- Nailacarte was kind enough to invite me back in for a repair. It looks good as new. This is my second time coming to this location and I'm sure I'll be back."

"I very rarely write reviews for a business but unfortunately it was a terrible experience from the start. Every guest was offered a beverage except myself. No one offered to take my coat, bag or shoes when I transferred from the pedicure chair to the manicure station. The two separate technicians raced through the manicure and pedicure. There was nothing relaxing about the experience. They didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut or filed or even what shape I wanted. I had nail polish on my skin. When done the technician didn’t have me sit under the dryer she put a plastic baggie on my foot and put my shoes on. I came home with 5 smudged nails. I think the nail polish was old because she had to use so much to cover my nails. My nails were still “wet” 3 hrs later so I ended up removing the nail polish. The place was rundown, the towels were stained and dirty, the chair was taped together. I should’ve known when they required a credit card number to make my appointment. There are many other options. I recommend checking out somewhere else."

"Lori is Great! She took her time and honestly has been able to create the best almond shape I’ve seen and so officiant that way too!!!!! Edit: 2.5 weeks later and every single nail is already lifting. They turned out really pretty but honestly for this cost and with how careful I am with my nails, this really disappoints me and I do not think I will be coming back here."

"My experience with Tammy was perfect. Thank you. Beautiful short strawberry dips after taking off old acrylic. My daughter however got a full acryllic set. Entire acryllic nail popped off after one day like it was a press on nail. She said nail was never prepped for acrylic so others are already separating and acrylic is bumpy and pearl polish poorly applied with little bubbles. To top it off charged me 80 dollars for full set when 65 was quoted to us for full set no designs."
