Taco Bell 337 West Plaza Drive, Columbia City, IN 46725

"Well I went through the drive thru and they hand me the complete wrong meal, so I pull around to go inside and get what I ordered. I’ve worked in customer service, in the food industry, to be exact, most of my adult life. So to me that would mean the person that already waited for their food to be made and received the wrong order by my mistake should be my first priority or even I couldn’t make them my first priority, at least make them close to the top. But no, what actually happened was they let me stand in the lobby for 45 minutes while they cleared out their drive thru and lobby and not even attempt to make what I ordered until everyone was gone. So not only did I get to wait for my food once, I got to wait for it twice. As I said, I’ve worked in the food industry most of my adult life and customer service is key. The Columbia City, Indiana Taco Bell is NOT it. And then after my husband stands there for 45 minutes, the manager has the audacity to come out and tell him never to come back to this location, because my husband expressed his frustration to the manager. This happened between 4-5pm on February 17, 2024. Best part of it all, the DoorDash person that was in there let me know that at that time or day the crew Taco Bell staffs sucks anyway. Word of mouth travels well."

"The franchise has seen better days. They (like many others) have staff that could care less about being employed. It's not totally the company's fault as most employers have struggled these past few years to simply keep their doors open. I will say it's better to physically go into a Taco Bell and order your food than to trust the process of placing an order and letting some 3rd party bring it to you."

"I only gave 4 stars because you took away my Chicken MexiMelts 2 years ago! Other than that these kids in there now are really good employees. They were quick and courteous and the food came out delicious and Hot. But you will never get 5 stars until I get my Chicken meximelts back. Thank u"

"Once again I order on the mobile app and pay. Pick up in store at my nearest restaurant. Get there and they don't have any order in my name. They use the excuse that they have no control over the mobile app. I stood there for a good 30 minutes waiting on them to find my order and they decide to just make the order again. Didn't end there. They look in a bag on the counter with no receipt in it and its my order. So they don't remake the food and they just give me the bag on the counter and make the drinks. Good thing I had pictures of my order and order # along w/ proof I paid. After all that they still screwed up and forgot one of my drinks. Totally ridiculous Columbia City Taco Bell! Get it together!!!"

"First off, the outside lights were not even lit, looked as if it was closed.Then we go in took 10 minutes just to order food,when everyone else was just waiting for food. 25 minutes later our food was done, no sorry for your wait or anything. These photos are the tacos I ordered,thought maybe waiting 25 mins would get me at least a fresh non cracked taco? All 6 of our tacos were like this."
