"I do not appreciate when auto maintenance places ASSUME I don't know about cars, and try to UP-SELL me on services I didn't ask for. The manager didn't listen to anything I said when I initially dropped my car off which led to me waiting for over an hour on an inspection I already had at the dealer. Heck, the paperwork from the dealer inspection was the FIRST THING I showed the manager when I told him what I needed. He still misunderstood and only did half the job I was requesting. On top of trying to get me for 1300.00 worth of work I didn't need. I'm NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!"
