"I am in town visiting from Kansas City. My boyfriend lives in Chicago and I wanted to book him a milk and honey pedicure for Fathers Day. I booked my appointment online but wanted to add additional add ons (parafin wax, callus treatment). I called the establishment a total of 6 times. One of those times someone answered and said hello and when I began talking they immediately hung up. I immediately called back and didn’t get an answer. I left a voicemail 6 hours ago and still no call back. I ended up cancelling my appointment. Very unprofessional."

"Camilla was great! She started my appointment on time and gave me good suggestions on colors since I can only do certain colors for work. She takes her time and doesn’t just slap the polish on (the times listed while booking are pretty spot on). If you’re looking for a quick (maybe not as good quality) job, then maybe choose a different salon for that time. But definitely book here if your trying to get pampered!"
