"I Went to get my hair done Thursday morning and my head been hurting and throbbing ever since i have sores on my scalp and my scalp is very red the lady who was doing my hair was video calling the whole time she was doing my hair also pulling my hair as she was talking Otp texting as well I will never go back to this place very unprofessional it hurt so bad touching my hair as I’m trying to take the braids out of my head"

"I want on a 9/23/23 Saturday to get my hair braid by the African lady name is veronica she was late. I told her I wanted knotless and she braid my wrong it was a sloppy job and she braid my hair sooo tight be careful of Veronica she do a Sloppy job on braid hair period"

"They did a great job with crochet braids. They don’t wash and blow dry prior to installation. So be sure to wash before you arrive."
