"On 12/11 my vehicle was damaged and taken to Odaniel for mechanical and body work. I expressed the importance to get the vehicle drivable ASAP and on their form I expressed I would need it ASAP. I got a quote for the work same day by Randy. I immediately responded (under an hour later) with some questions. It took 2 days to get a response, I also called and requested 2 calls back in addition to 2 more emails requesting follow up. When Randy did respond he said "oh, I thought you were submitting an insurance claim." I asked the timeline for repair and was told 1/22. I asked if I could just get the mechanical damage repaired to which I got no response of call back for 2 days again. I decided I needed to escalate things do I spoke with Jeff O'Daniel. He assured me that this company is built on service, communication, and quality. I took him at his word that he would follow up with my situation and help me get the mechanical work addressed. 12/21 I was told I could have the work completed by 1/8 and was given a quote for the work. I asked them to proceed on 12/22. On 12/28 I received a revised estimate for $1300 more than the original $1000 estimate. Ouch! I asked them to proceed and was told end of the week which would have been early. I heard nothing again so I followed up end of day 1/8. Got a response 1/9 that said sorry for delay and lack of communication and also that they will need another day yet. Finally at the very end of the day (4:30pm) on 1/10 they finished the work for MORE than even the second quote. They made no attempt to correct any of their delays, dropped balls, missed expectations, or other errors. I had to solve their problems, I had to be the initiator of nearly all communication, and they failed on all minimal service expectations. If you need reliable, timely work done with basic communication and honesty, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. Edit: the paperwork says they test drive the vehicle but my tracker says that never happened. Why continuously lie?"

"We have a new to us Ford truck, and we have been here twice. Once for service on a malfunctioning part and once an oil change. I stayed during the oil change and found that the waiting room was comfortable. My oil change was done quickly, and I felt the price was fair. We will continue to return for service at this dealership."
