"I will never come here again this is my second time being disappointed. I came in today and paid for a wash and set. My hair is so greasy and stringy. It literally has no bounce to it. I told the manager it was super oily and stiff. He told me the next time I come back he would take care of me. I asked him why would I come back to a place That can’t wash and blow dry properly? He told me I probably had something in my hair before they washed it. Make no sense, and to top it off I would at least appreciated my scalp not being so dry being that they oiled my hair."
