"Extraordinary company that treats you like a person! I have been driving for 25+ years and have never encountered a truck repair business with more integrity. They were able so fit me in on short notice and diagnose the issue. I needed a new transmission. They worked on it all day and THROUGH THE NIGHT to get it repaired. They handed me the keys at 6:50am and I was back on the road. They stood behind their service! They did exactly what they said they would do. "My peterbilt blew the radiator and these guys were close and appeared reputable... appearances can be deceiving. Yes they got it in and done pretty fast but that's the only part I can compliment. Things went from bad to worse. READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW. FIRST I paid a lot to have them install a new radiator and after only 50 miles ALL my coolant suddenly dumped onto the interstate because they forgot to tighten the bottom main hose to that new radiator, luckily I was able to get it shut down and stopped before overheating. Truck Maintenance did dispatched a truck to attach the hose and refill the system but it gets worse. 3 weeks later the new radiatior failed completely stranding me and this time I took it directly to a peterbilt dealer/shop where they replaced the NEW radiator with a NEW radiator for HALF THE LABOR /SHOP COST OF TRUCK MAINTENANCE and also commented that the radiator truck maintenance installed was likely a visibly damaged radiator before installation or damaged during their installation! So I definitely WILL NOT recommend these guys or use them again. Shoddy work, defective part and over charged me by double! STAY CLEAR"
