"Pay attention to what they verbally tell you and what they put on paper. They tried to rip me off for almost $400. They also messed with my brand new spark plugs making them misfire. So I would have to come back. Smh. My normal mechanic was super busy at the time. But when I told him the car was still messing up after they "Fixed" it. He came up there and all of a sudden it was a whole different ball game. He called them out!"

"Kept us from being stranded! On our way down from Wabash, we hit a chunk of concrete in the road that flattened our tire and ruined the rim. The donut was not going to get us home but Randy’s happened to have a good rim (2010 Ford Focus-aluminum) which we purchased and took to Goodyear. They had a tire and mounted it on the rim and put it on the car for us right away. Maybe took 20-30 minutes. Thank you, Goodyear of Shelbyville, IN! Excellent service and friendly, helpful staff helped make a hard day much better."
