"This weekend was my first experience at KT's nails. There was no wait for my pedi/mani. The salon had steady business the whole time. The salon looks clean and they have music playing as well as a TV with family-friendly movies playing. There are lots of color options and they offer basic + shellac or dip powder. The gentleman doing my nails did a great job, but don't expect any conversation."

"I showed them a picture and she said, “absolutely” she started doing them, she only put acrylic on half of my nails, and then started painting them. she cut half of my fingers, and never said sorry. she told me that i had baby fingers and didn’t apologize. she didn’t care at all. do not go to this place, the end."

Birthday my gel polish came off and then the owner act like it was my fault after it's been on my finger for 6 hours and then I appealed off jail is not supposed to peel off. He was too busy looking at his watch trying to make sure that he had enough time to get two clients while he was working on two clients at the same time. Need more help and need to pay more attention to the client that you have and make them feel like they are somebody in your store and that you appreciate them."
