"I had B&G diagnosis my car but they never called me to tell me what was wrong they just fixed it then they had to cut off lug nuts and they put the wrong lug nuts on so my hub cap was lost they broke a stud and told me they disnt but you can look at where it was at and there is no rust there"
"Got there for my scheduled 8am appointment on time. 2 hours later , Brian informs that they're still working on a car from yesterday. Like, why wouldn't you tell me that first thing. Then he had the audacity to act like I was the one being unreasonable for thinking that's a poor business practice. Not coming back, ever."
