"Very pushy GM.....very loud, does not use any discretion whatsoever. Announces your information to the showroom floor...loudly....told me I had a ZERO credit score....I never gave him my info to run my credit. I was paying cash so credit had nothing to do with my sale. See, salesman dont make very much money if you dont use financing. I would NEVER by a car from Stanley. I found a newer car, better price with a different dealership. And was treated like I was important and mattered. Shame on you Stanley Chevrolet!!"

"Terrible experience and this was not the first time. The woman that works the Service desk is exceedingly rude, condescending, and not at all helpful. I am not sure she even told the mechanics the problem I was having. Went 3 different times for a problem and they kept replacing parts and ordering other parts but the problem was never fixed. They told me I needed 2 other things repaired on the last visit and I went to another garage and they fixed it in a few hours with no added parts. I'm out hundreds of dollars and had to go through the rude service lady as well."

"Went to my scheduled appointment to get an alignment only to receive a call saying that I needed $2,600 of front-end suspension work before they could proceed. Being a mechanic myself I knew that all my front end components were fine, so I took my business elsewhere and got my alignment without any issue. I know that the service departments at dealerships are their main source of revenue especially now that they aren't selling cars, but just the dishonesty they present to take advantage of people really irritates me. Always get a second opinion! Other than that, the staff were very friendly and understanding."

"They do their best to fit you in if you have an urgent issue or problem and can't wait to make an appointment, and if they find something that needs to be fixed immediately such as a safety issue, they never do more than the asked for work without clearing it with you first."

"We were lied to so much that I would never tell anyone to come to this place. The person that was helping us sold the car to someone else and said our credit score was very low. We left that place went to Ed Martin and got the same car we were looking at with only 20,000 miles. Don't shop this place unless you want high mileage and high payments."
