"I called in on Saturday morning tried to get an apt for that afternoon with a specific tech but there was no openings which was fine soo owner scheduled me for 5 pm Monday. I showed up at 445 pm on Monday for my 5 pm apt, when I walked in owner was completely rude and condescending and asked why I was there to which I replied I had 5 pm apt. She said no she never scheduled the apt in her schedule book that I was to call her back which was not the case. Im not gonna drive over 30 min away there without a scheduled apt. Soo if your gonna go there make sure you call back ahead of time to confirm she put your scheduled apt in schedule book. This is not the first issue I have had here as typically apts run an hr to hr n half behind scheduled apt time soo make sure u got the time to waste. I have brought many people w me for services before, but after today with how rudely and condescending the owner spoke to me, I will never return or refer anyone to go here and I had been going here on and off for years! Owner made zero attempt to rectify the situation or reschedule my apt time except kept being rude and talk down to me! BEWARE if u got alot of time to waste and like to be treated rudely and not professionally then go here if not DONT!"

"10/10.. we usually use another salon in town and decided to try somewhere else. Called at 10am for three full sets and a children's polish, we were in at 11 but it's Monday so it might have been a slow day. Also had zero wait after we signed in! I had Taylor and she was amazing. Everyone is extremely satisfied with how their nails came out. This was my daughters (4) first trip to the nail salon and she had so much fun. After she was done she got to sit with me and was allowed to pick a bag of chips and candy out of the candy bowl & was given a cold bottle of water with a paper towel to wipe her hands and face when she was done with her snacks. They were extremely patient and kind to her, Taylor talked to her regularly throughout my whole service which meant a lot to me. They have so much product compared to some of the other places ive been in town and didnt even hesitate when we all 3 showed them pictures. It was so relaxed and was the perfect environment to wind down and enjoy yourself for a little while. Absolutely would recommend and will be back!"
