I brought a picture of what I wanted and showed it to Jennifer, who proceeded to briefly discuss how we could make that cut work for me. She listened, provided honest feedback, and then quickly got to work. After a thorough shampoo, she cut and layered my hair as requested. When I asked if I could have my bangs cut shorter she pointed to her own hair and made a very practical suggestion. I was in and out within the 30 minutes she had in between appointments. While checking out I met Tim, the owner and was very pleased with his professional yet relaxed demeanor. He took the time to get to know and welcome a new customer so as to ensure repeat business. I received a shampoo, a haircut specifically like I wanted, a quick post-cut styling, and great customer service all for literally $2.00 more than what it normally cost me at GreatClips. I have spent twice as much at spas and received a fraction of the quality/service. I highly recommend this business, especially now that they're conveniently located behind Klem's Cafe off State and Crescent."
