"I didn't catch the name of the young man that cut my hair, but I shared with my wife that is was the best haircut I've had. He did an amazing job , very friendly and it was an all around great experience."

"I've been getting my hair faded up at this location for a couple years and have always had a good experience. I also bring my S/O to this location when she wants to get a trim or something. One time a stylist cut off way more than what was requested. They made it right though and offered to try and style it a little to try and fix what had been done. They also gave her a free product and apologized."

"-0 is my review but that wasn't a choice Horrible haircut. What was once long straight hair with long face framing layers is now a choppy uneven mess. One side layers start under chin and other side not far from nose. Waiting for owner to call me back. Not even sure how they can fix it"

"On an impulse, I stopped by the Great Clips at Washington Shoppes because I was on the verge of going 'Edward Scissorhands' on my hair. My husband uses a different one and he's always happy, so I figured, "Why not, it's only hair. If I don't like it, I'll grow it out." I downloaded the app and was very impressed with it's accuracy. Anyway, when my time came, a young lady with multi-colored hair sat me down and asked me what I was looking for. I told her and dern if she didn't take my vague description and run with it. I'm 53, a nurse, and my grandmother was a hairstylist, so when I say this was one of the best haircuts over had IN YEARS, I'm not exaggerating one bit. I love it! I wish I had gotten, or could remember, her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves. I will be going back."
