"I am done with this place. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is ALWAYS on her phone while she is performing services. She does not greet you, but says SIT. I end up with thin uneven eyebrows when I explain clearly what I am looking for."

"Been going here for years to get my eyebrows threaded. I have also gotten them waxed here if I'm in a rush. It seems to be a popular place as sometimes the waiting room is full. I've learned to go during non busy hours. I love my eyebrows when they are done and the soothing wipe they use afterwards smells and feels amazing!"

"Edit: I tried leaving a separate comment because the one below is still accurate. I've always been pretty happy with my eyebrows going here, but yesterday was a botch job. My eyebrows were left uneven with the right one looking patchy and much shorter. The woman who threaded them yesterday also left the little hairs all over my face rather than quickly wiping them off, which is what normally happens. I'd like to go here again but need to confirm who is working, I guess. Displeased that I paid for someone to mess up my brows, which do not grow back quickly. Jasleen did a great job threading and tinting my brows. Plus, she is a sweetheart. Highly recommend."
