"Been going to this dentist off and on for almost 2 decades. I kinda feel like I was douped as I requested a cleaning and informed what was done and submitted to my insurance wasn't covered. This was not explained properly to me especially when my insurance covers 1 cleaning a year. Instead I was hit with a $439 bill even after all my co-pays. The receptionist became combative when I wanted an explanation and in result I canceled all future appointments and will be seeking a new dentist with more integrity."
