"Husband and I went to the Illinois location, after being seen and knowing my husband just needed a new set of dentures since I scheduled online and entered the reason for his appointment they decided to say their lab tech wasn’t even there, and next visit wasn’t even till the end of the month! It was ridiculous!! The staff and dentist was more concerned about cleaning his teeth and how he should stop smoking than our main reason for being there!! WASTE OF OUR TIME!!!!! Will never get my business again!"

"I need a lot of TLC and work done on my teeth so I decided to go to Aspen Dental in Fort Wayne, Indiana. However, I was not impressed with the doctor nor the dental service. The doctor ground down a crown that was giving me problems with no numbing shot. Also, I had no bib and the water on the drill device was leaking all over my face, my chest and the floor. Very bad, poor service and professionalism. On the bright side, the dental hygienist, Angela was AWESOME. She stated I needed a special cleaning and gum treatment and she explained everything in detail. She was very thorough, professional and personable. Also, later I found out that many people quit, including the dentist because the dental equipment has not been fixed. I will finish my cleaning and gum treatments only because of the dental hygienist however I will not go back to get any dental work done."

"So everyone quit? Wonderful. What sucks is I don't have much choices where to go with my insurance. Again appointment was canceled happens more time than actual appointment on time. The fact that you have to come in first for xrays....then later cleaning and then later for fillings is horrible. What happened to come on and clean your teeth. Hard to move to the another Aspen dental with stupid way it goes with coming in first to met you. Do they think I have all this time off from my job? They already have my records! Already takes an hour just to clean teeth! Hate I don't have choices of dental....I wouldn't go here. This company in general isn't customer focused."

"Horrible customer service. I had an appointment Nov 2 and a couple days before my appointment they called to verify my insurance and confirm appointment. 2 days before my appointment they send me an email and texting saying I need to call to them to reschedule my appointment. So I called and was told no dental assistants were working that day and there will be no doctor working that day. The lady proceeded to tell me they are not taking new patients and I would need to reschedule with the coliseum location. They just sent me on my way! Good Customer service would have called me to explain the situation instead of me having to call them and they would have helped me set up an appointment with the other location."

"The hygienist that works there is a big bully. I went in after losing a bunch of teeth from chemotherapy. It took a lot of courage to come in. I was seeing before at Aspen and we had a game plan for massive extractions. I explained that I didn't really remember a lot from it because I was battling... Cancer! I also lost my dad and grandfather in between that time. So my memory isn't the best. She looked at me condescendingly and said I would remember that kind of thing. I said that isn't fair. And she said that's just something you should know. No sympathy whatsoever. What a snotty horrible woman to make me feel worse when I already felt terrible for what happened to my teeth and was incredibly nervous coming in. I plan on reporting this to the BBB and I will look for someone with more compassionate practice."
