"I was worried about this place after reading so many bad reviews but, my son just had alot of work done there, he was in and out within an hour. They explained very well what they were going to do before they took him back. The staff was very nice and my son liked them very much."

"I'm leaving this review in regards to the consult my son and I received today. Tiffany, the office manager, was amazing and really took her time to explain thoroughly the planned treatment and ease my concerns. The low overall rating has me slightly concerned but I try to keep in mind people are more likely to share a negative experience than a positive one because a positive experience is expected so it can be jarring when that standard is not met. I will leave another review after my son has the work done. Today was definitely a positive experience with all the staff but a special shout out to Tiffany! She's a very kind and genuine person with great customer service."

"We had to take my grandson in due to cracked front teeth! Staff was friendly and gave us all the necessary information needed before hand, he is 1 1/2 years and the only thing is that they don’t have the ability to sedate children which you either have to go out of town or they have to be strapped for easy and fast dental work! We weren’t allowed to go back with him to comfort him while doing so but it’s in the best interest of the patient and parent! So with that all being said we had an overall good experience! My recommendation is that they get licensed to be able to sedate!"

"5 star experience! They were very thorough and made sure that we understood everything. They gave after care instructions and helped us quickly with dental work when other dentists said it would take months. They even got us in the same day we called! They have a playground and an activity wall with games for kids to play while they wait even though the wait is minimal, they are still entertained. My son didn’t want to leave and talks about this being his favorite dentist because of all the special things they have. They are excellent at making sure, not only I, as a mother feel comfortable but my son, as well. 5 stars and to the moon as my son would say."

"Everyone here is friendly and informative! Every time I come in my kids are seen in a timely fashion and satisfied. Anytime I have a child in pain Pimpin Dental gets them in the same day! I have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. This is a great place for your childs dental work!!"
