"I was experiencing a severe toothache with a rapid onset of pain. It was extremely difficult to to look online and read information because of the pain I was in. So I decided to call this number in hopes that speaking with someone would help. For some reason I thought I was calling an emergency dental service and when I reached someone I wasn't lead to believe otherwise after explaining my issue. I was asked to pay money. I hesitated for a moment but was desperate for someone to help me. After I paid, I was told to call another number and to stop crying or they wouldn't help me..... that was when I knew something was definitely wrong. I called anyway and was told to go to the emergency room. I feel totally taken advantage of and want my money back. Update/response..... I did not receive a call from anyone to resolve this matter. But I will gladly call if you give me the number. If resolved, I will modify my review accordingly."

"I told the consultant I was having migraines and needed a medical note for work. He assured me the doctor would provide one. He was very persistent about getting paid upfront. The doctor called for 6 minutes, prescribed meds for a sinus infection, and then sent a very generic and useless note without a doctor name, diagnosis, or anything. No employer would accept this as a doctors note. It literally says Precious Lifes Consultant… misspelling and all. No clue if the physician was an actual physician or not. Seems like a call center scam based on the background noise. May be useful if you’re looking for a prescription but buyer beware."
