"DR. Lane got me in very fast, MRI done in 2 days and had my surgery in a week!! 80% rotator torn, tendons and bicep torn!! Highly recommend Dr. Lane and his staff, all were top notch and quick to help me with my injury!!"
"I was in- patient for 11 days. This nursing staff is a crapshoot. The good nurses are wonderful, the not good ones border one mean and dismissive. This is an older hospital, the rooms are big. The cleaning staff is great! The meals are delicious, but I did miss a few meals due to lazy CNAs. When a member of the kitchen staff noticed, she personally brought me some meals during her shift! The inconsistency in staff is the reason I give this hospital a three, average."
"Many of my Dr.'s including my primary care are located here and the staff are always helpful. Many will smile and joke to give you a comfortable easy feeling. Wait time is realistic, not hours."
"Doctors are great but needs a new staff or better management. Either the nurses are incompetent or they have an excessive work load but either way, their level of service is less than par. Every time I call, my doctor has a new nurse. One nurse waited 3 months to call me with my lab results. Another nurse waited 2 weeks and after I had called 3 times to answer questions about medications. Most recently, doctor ordered rushed tests at lunch time on Monday, nurse didn't bother to put in the order until the next morning. Tried to be patient for doctor to get a competent nurse, but looks like that may never happen."
