"$135 for a pedicure and a full set is absolutely ridiculous! Even if the pedicure is $45(which should be at the very high end) that's $90 for a full set! I am from a big city with a higher than normal income bracket and I still have NEVER paid this at a nail place. Not to mention, prices are not posted anywhere, so unfortunately you're stuck paying it because the work is already done. Lesson to myself and I will never again not ask but seriously, prices should be disclosed! The work was good but the experience in general was not $135 plus tip good. Techs that could not communicate, made the service feel rushed (even though we had appointments) and answering personal calls during services. If you are ok with spending this amount of money, I recommend going to an actual salon where you are the priority for your tech!"

"Went in today to freshen up my manicure. Was told it would be an hour and to come back. No problem. I was in the middle of choosing my color of polish when the woman pulled the color chart out of my hand, and told me you pick color when you come back. I had an hour to wait. It is so busy you have to choose quickly. I didn’t and won’t be back. I found another salon who respects myself and my time. The woman was soooo rude."

"I had a bad experience at a different nail place in town, and has been referred to Pro Nails by a friend. Julie was absolutely amazing! She carefully removed what was left of the other salons mess up without hurting my nail beds, was careful when applying my new nails, first nail tech I think I’ve ever had that actually knew what she was doing, shaped my nails exactly how I wanted, and had the most pleasant personality during the whole time. The whole place had a very welcoming atmosphere. I paid less for exactly what I wanted and the removal of my old nails than what I did at the other place for messed up nails. I highly recommend Pro Nails."
