"If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for cut and color. The girl told me 15-20 minutes. Each of the girls working took one customer for a cut. It was clear each was piddling hoping the other would get done first so they didn’t have to do me. When Alexis finally finished a fella came in and she asked if he had a preference. He said her. She told him it would be a few minutes. I thought okay she’s going to put color on my hair and cut his while mine processes. Nope she let him buck the line and took him first. I’m d already been waiting 25 minutes at this point. No thank you I left. If you’re going to give preference to guys that walk in post it. Very unprofessional."
