"I had a new set of nails done on Saturday November 25th. I went there because it was close to my residence and they accepted walk-ins. I am so disappointed. The man who did my nails did not give me what I asked for. In fact he never acknowledged anything I said. Maybe it was a language barrier; I don’t know. He also cut my finger and again…. No response. In fact he later just polished over the cut. There are at least five places on the sides that will raise up more as the days go on. The only thing I know to do at this time is find another place and go and have them removed and completely start over. And also not recommend or go back to the shop."

"I had the best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done here! I’ve been to other places, but this one is the best in Owensboro!!! When I first walked in I was greeted & helped right away. Tracey has a such gentle touch & she did great on my nails! She was so kind even when I asked to change the other at the end after I choose purple. She was super helpful with letting me know the prices & difference in gel, dip, & regular. I really appreciate you Stacey!"

"I haven't had my nails done professionally in 20 years. I just stopped doing it and grew my own. After a surgery my nails began breaking and stayed short. My wedding anniversary is coming up and I wanted pretty nails. My sister in law recommended this place so off we went. Instantly walking in we were greeted with smile. Nail color selection was so easy. They had painted nails on a ring. I got Leon. Everyone was so nice and friendly, even the other customers were carrying on conversations. I immediately felt comfortable. Leon was so professional and did a great job on my nails. Exactly how I wanted them. My ONLY complaint are that my nails are a little longer than I like. But that is at zero fault of Leon. That's my fault... I have a feeling I just have to get used to nails again LOL... I will be back regularly now and I will request Leon. I'll ask for shorter next time haha! For $30 plus a $5 tip this place is very affordable. I think I'll start doing pedicures as well. Why not?! Thanks for an amazing experience. See y'all next time!!"
