"Southern Styles is a wonderful Salon. All of the stylists are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The owner, Melinda has been doing my hair for more years than I can count and has become a great friend. She listens to what I want and is ALWAYS honest as to whether or not what “I want” will really work on my hair. To the lady that complained about not being able to walk-in for an appointment, all I can say is that it’s not the salon’s fault that you are not a good enough planner to anticipate when you are going to need your hair done. I make my next appointment before I leave the salon because I want Melinda to be able to do my hair."
"I called to get information on getting an appointment- the lady was rude said we don’t do appointments or walk ins- very rude and really unprofessional. I do not recommend wasting your time. FYI you should have this information on your website and on your google page- kinda funny don’t do appointments or walk ins? How do you even stay in business! I would give negative star but it wouldn’t let me!"
