"As always I dread going to this place I did all my paperwork online and within a few hours I had an email from them saying I owed $971, I emailed them immediately and asked them to run my secondary INS they obviously didn't. When I arrived they told me I owed $971 I went through the entire story, I even called them 4 times the day before but per usual no one called me back. The lady getting me registered told me I'd either pay the full amount or cancel the surgery. That's your only option going to the place. Never again will I go here and I've told my entire family the same thing. My niece worked here and told me they never check secondary INS because they collect so much money. I call it laziness. Thank God I was able to talk to my surgeon in preop she was furious. I will go to Crestwood for now on. I despise this place."

"We arrived at 8 and no one's charts were ready. They should have been ready last week so you can spot errors and have time to correct them. After two hours we were told my husband wasn't even on the schedule for the day, then he was told it was with a Dr who didn't even work in the office. No explanation, no apology, just "well we've been closed two days." This was scheduled a month ago and even his nurse called us the night before to confirm. Not to mention the people who check you in are always grumpy, never smile, and are slow. This is the most unorganized office staff and I hope we never have to come back."

They made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I was in and out within a few hours and they called to check up on me the following day."

"I recently had a carpal tunnel surgery done at this facility. Everyone that I dealt with from the front desk, to the nurses, everyone was excellent. I was a little nervous about the surgery, but they put me at ease and make me feel good. Prior to the procedure, the registration was extremely easy. I was able to complete everything online, so on the day of the surgery, I did not have to fill anything out, just show up. I will eventually need to have the other side done and we’ll request that it be done at this facility."
